~ linux situation: alright some disk manipulation has gotten us to an all new error: ‘signal 11’.
~ linux situation: burned the .iso files as image disks, as should have been done the first time.. booted up, install ran until: ‘failed to read /modules/module-info’.. then i am told it is ‘safe to reboot my system’..
~ the angry red planet road to linux*: downloaded redhat-7.0-i386-disc1.iso and redhat-7.0-i386-disc2.iso.. burned each one onto a cd. rawrite.exe’d boot.img to a floppy.. fdisk’ed the c-drive.. booted with the floppy.. can’t detect the redhat cds.. realized something is amiss..
