saddam was better

3 December 2006 _ 08h10m17 EST

~ we’ve made mention of this in various places such as craigslist and dailykos and comic book resources [w], but to make it official, we’ll put it in our own name:
iraq was better off with saddam in charge.

A triple car bombing struck a food market in a predominantly Shiite area in central Baghdad on Saturday, killing at least 51 people a day after a U.S.-Iraqi raid against Sunni insurgents in a nearby neighborhood.

It is now 1,356 days since the US-led invasion on March 20, 2003. So far 3,138 coalition troops and 6,375 Iraqi military have died.

Estimates of the number of civilians killed varies from 125,000 to more than 650,000.

maybe things will improve after we turn iraq over to iran.
